The workouts are challenging and fun. Each day of boot camp is unique, you’ll never know what to expect! Individual workouts and team agilities push everyone on their own level. The classes are hard, but everyone tries their best and is expected to perform at their own level. Modifications are shown for each exercise so that all fitness levels can participate.
