April 2013… Back at Rotary Park all 5 days!!

 Remember that you can start boot camp at any time… you do not need to wait for the start of a new session.  If you have never tried boot camp before, your first time is FREE!  Try it out on us and see what you think prior to signing up.  Check boot camp times and locations on the locations and calendar tab at the top of the page. 
 
 The workouts are challenging and fun. Each day of boot camp is unique, you’ll never know what to expect!  Individual workouts and team agilities push everyone on their own level. The classes are hard, but everyone tries their best and is expected to perform at their own level. Modifications are shown for each exercise so that all fitness levels can participate.
Total Body Boot Camp has the camaraderie, compassion, respect and drive from all our Recruits!
